You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We process cancellations immediately upon request, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within the standard processing time.
If your order has already been prepared for shipment when you request cancellation, we will make every effort to intercept the package. However, if the shipment cannot be stopped, you will need to follow our standard return process upon receiving the item.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays or may not be eligible for refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons. These exceptions will be clearly marked on product pages at the time of purchase.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our mistake.
For items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes, only the actual amount paid will be refunded. Any promotional value or discount applied to the original purchase cannot be refunded or transferred.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.
